Two or three people,
one shared project.
Not everyone surveying trees works alone. LogLog's team accounts let a small firm invite members, share projects, and keep a survey moving even when two people split up a property. Here's exactly what's real today — no rounding up.
Invite and remove members
From Settings → Team, invite a colleague by email. They get a real invitation, sign in, and show up on your team's member list. Remove someone the same way when they're off the account. It's a plain, working invite/remove flow — not a mockup, not a waitlist form.
Shared projects via sync
Team members see the same projects once each device syncs. Split a large property between two surveyors, each working their own section of the plan, and the data comes together in one project once both people are back online.
Per-tree last-write-wins — plainly explained
LogLog merges edits at the tree level, not the whole project. If you and a teammate edit different trees while both offline, both edits merge cleanly when you sync — no conflict at all. If you both edit the same tree, whichever sync lands last wins, and the other edit is silently overwritten. There's currently no on-screen warning that a conflict happened.
In practice this means: split the property, don't double up on the same tree, and you'll never hit the edge case. LogLog is not built for two people typing into the same tree record at the same moment — that's a real-time collaboration problem, and it's deliberately not what this product tries to solve. If your crew's workflow needs simultaneous editing of a single record, this isn't there yet.
2GB per tenant, shared
Every team account gets a flat 2GB of cloud storage shared across the whole tenant — plenty for photos and PDFs across most active survey workloads. There's no per-seat storage split; it's one pool the whole team draws from.
Three tabs, nothing hidden behind them
Settings has exactly three tabs: Fields, Storage, and Team. There's no admin dashboard, no activity log, no "who's active right now" view. If your firm needs crew-tracking or per-member progress reporting, LogLog doesn't have that surface — it wasn't built for managing a large field crew, it was built for a small group doing the same kind of survey work together.
What team accounts don't do
No real-time collaborative editing. No admin fleet dashboard. No activity log. No per-member seat cap enforced today — invite and remove work without a hard ceiling in code, though that could change as billing ships. If any of that changes, this page gets updated to match; until then, this is the honest scope of what a LogLog team account does.
Real sign-in, not a shared passcode
Team accounts run on hosted sign-in with email verification, password reset, and passkey/MFA support — the same infrastructure a properly-run small SaaS product uses, not a single shared passcode everyone on the crew types in. Each member has their own login.
Field sessions survive a whole day offline
Once signed in, a field session stays valid for roughly one working day without needing to re-authenticate — so a team member working with zero signal all day isn't locked out by a login timeout that assumes constant connectivity.
Two surveyors working the same property usually means two spreadsheets afterward, and an evening reconciling which tree numbers overlap between them before anything can go to the client. Splitting the plan in LogLog and syncing once both people are back online skips that reconciliation entirely — it's one project from the start.

Field configuration applies to the whole team
Field visibility settings and custom field definitions, both configured from Settings → Fields, apply org-wide — so every team member sees the same set of fields on the same tree record. Nobody's individual device drifts out of sync with what the rest of the team is recording.
