Changelog

What actually
changed, and when.

No marketing language, no "various improvements." These are the real dated entries, pulled straight from the commit history of the app and this site.

Team accounts, secure per-tenant login

  • Built a secure per-tenant login and session layer (email verification, password reset, magic link, passkeys) to replace the old shared-passcode-only flow. Self-serve signup is rolling out soon — access today is still by invite.
  • Settings → Team tab: invite a team member by email, list members, remove one.
  • A 12-hour field-day session token means the app only has to talk to the login provider once per shift — after that, offline work isn't interrupted by an auth check.
  • Team is early access — billing isn't live yet, so opt-in tenants get it at no charge for now.

Field-tested a week of bug fixes

  • Fixed the tree protection zone radius rendering wrong on the plan.
  • Fixed the canopy toggle and an incomplete-pin color bug.
  • Stopped exporting calculated TPZ values that weren't meant to ship.
  • Fixed a blank-page bug when navigating to an unknown route from inside the app.
  • Ran a full end-to-end test pass across sync, offline, export, and onboarding flows and fixed what it found.

Export reliability fix

  • Fixed ZIP exports failing (503 errors) on projects with a lot of already-compressed content — a compression-format bug, not a data problem.

Project list and export contracts

  • Project list now includes project name and your own external reference/job code.
  • Locked down the compare-and-swap sync contract and the export ZIP contract as frozen internal specs, so future changes can't silently break either one.

Rebuilt the core workspace from scratch

  • New pan/zoom/pin-placement engine for the PDF site plan, replacing a third-party library that had a bug where it silently ate pin-placement taps.
  • Scale calibration: draw a line of known length, or type a known ratio like 1:100.
  • GCP anchor capture — pin the plan to a real-world reference distance, laying groundwork for future georeferencing.
  • Multi-stem tree support: each stem gets its own DBH, condition, and notes.
  • One-tap ZIP export: annotated PDF, CSV, Excel, PDF summary, and photos named by tree number, all in one download.

This site, redesigned

  • Rebuilt loglog.serg.lol on Astro + Tailwind with the current dark, industrial-field-instrument look and Geist/Space Mono type.

2026-03-22

First version of this site

  • loglog.serg.lol goes live: homepage, features, pricing, how-it-works, and the first three guides.

Still actively built.

LogLog ships fixes and features on a real, ongoing basis — not a one-and-done side project. Come try what's live today.
